Upgrade slots re-usable?
Hi,
I'm evaluating this product (looks great so far) and have a question.
If I purchase an upgrade for 3 private projects, can I re-use one of those slots when a project is finished? What I mean to say is, what if I finish one of my three private projects and want to start a new one? Can I just swap in the new one and "close" out the finished project somehow? Or would I need to keep upgrading to have another private project?

I think we need to do a better job explaining it on the site. Your question is a good one. The answer is yes, you can re-use the slots.
So, if you have a private project that you've upgraded, you can choose to downgrade that project whenever you'd like (and upgrade another with that slot). When a private project is downgraded, you can't add tasks, messages, or comments in that downgraded project. You have the ability to see your entire project though and it still remains private. You could then decide to upgrade it at some point down the road if the project became active again.

Inappropriate?You can re-apply your upgrades as often as you want or need to. If you remove an upgrade from a finished private project it will stay private but you wont be able to modify it until you re-apply an upgrade to it.
So the three upgrades plan allows you to to keep up to three private projects active at any given time and you can freely select which projects those are.

Inappropriate?Great! That answers my question. I assume that any uploaded files in a finished project would also remain accessible -- just can't make any changes to a downgraded project...correct?
