Lost login
I can’t login to Nomee, although I’m sure I inputted the right e-mail and password.
In addition, I also can’t find any of reset password option already familiar nearly everywhere else. Did I miss it somewhere ?
Because of this, I abandoned my old account and made a new one, which I guess I’ll soon abandon again because of this problem.

Inappropriate?Hi guys, you seem to have two different problems. One of you couldn't find how to reset password( there is no option I believe on the website), and the other can't make the same login information work on the website.
(1) I attached an image to show where to reset your password. Just enter your account email and click lost password.
(2) It might be that the account you created on your desktop hasn't synched with our database yet. We allow users to use nomee without verifying email on the desktop but to use the website you need to verify your account. Check to see if you've verified your account, also check to see if you blocked nomee from talking to our servers on your firewall. -
Inappropriate?"check to see if you've verified your account" -- how do you do that? I have the same problem. I already tried changing my password. That didn't work either. So far I must say that my experience has been less than positive.

Could you elaborate Jim? You can't login, and you've tried changing your password. Did you successfully change the password and you still couldn't login to the desktop client or the website?

Inappropriate?I received no verification email. I received no email when I tried to change my password, despite receiving the on screen message stating that such an email had been sent. I tried to change my password within the AIR app and have tried logging into the website with that changed password as well as the old one. I can login to the AIR app via openid (gmail account) but when I use that same information on the web it does not work.
I don't know if this is enough elaboration for you, but that's all I have at this point.

Inappropriate?Ok, if you never received your verification email, that's why the change password won't work. If you want, we can manually verify your account, if you email us from your account email. It happens sometimes that the verification email doesn't get through on certain email services, so if you want, I can get this fixed for you.
