Design Suggestions

Hey guys - The site looks awesome. Great job on getting it launched. That's 95% of the battle. I haven't dug around the site too much yet (waiting on the invite code), but I have a few immediate comments about the design that may improve the usability. All basic at this point:

1. Reduce logo size on all pages (especially the homepage). It doesn't improve usability and takes up a ton of valuable real estate.
2. Put the search box smack dab in the center of the page and make it huge.
3. The logo should link back to the homepage (on all subpages)
4. Shamelessly copy Google's SERP design (people are familiar with it)
5. Don't even bother trying to get people to sign in or register on the homepage. (Unless you have a reason for this.)
6. When there are no results, invite people to add their own notes.
7. scribd integration is really cool
