Some ideas for seasonal bonuses

I was walking through piles of leaves today thinking about ideas for bonuses once "lost" is over, and it occured to me that some sort of "first person in a neighbourhood to spot flowers" bonus in the spring would be nice (although of course a bit northern-hemisphere temperate zone centric). I suppose the same could be done for snow, not that people seem to need encouragement to photograph that.

Flowers might also be good because I can imagine the long nights will get in the way of photo taking for some of us (again with the northern hemisphere centricity!). Maybe there's a better idea out there, though.
