You should be able to do that by clicking on the mobile phone icon on the source listing page (you would have to do this for each source). That will turn off the mobile phone as a destination for each of your sources. I believe what you'd really like is a temporary way to disable text message notifications that is independent of sources and does not require you delete your mobile phone as a destination; unfortunately, we don't have that ability at the current time, but plan on adding a similar feature very soon.
