How do you use notify.me?
how are other people using this service? I want to know what other people do so i have more ideas on how to best use the service. This discussion can be anecdotal, but I'm thinking more empirically than anecdotal - what are the top 10 most subscribed to sources?

Inappropriate?One of my favorite uses is to use my notify.me email address on forum and bugtracker sites as the contact for updates. This way, i get instant notification of bug issues changing or someone replying to topic i'm interested in.
Another use is going to linked-in and setting up your private update feed, since using it as a source in notify.me. You'll get real-time updates of changes in your network.

Inappropriate?Thanks for starting this discussion Tom. We're curious to know the creative ways people are using notify.me as well. Personally, I really like how notify.me works with getsatisfaction, it alerts me immediately when a new posting is made and allows me to get back to users quickly.
Currently we have a wiki page that lists some of the uses for the notify.me site, you can get to it here:

We plan on opening the wiki in the near future for all our registered members to participate in updating the wiki. For the time being we'll take content posted on this thread and update the wiki with user stories that people share.

Inappropriate?We've integrated the notify.me wiki with our site, so all users of the notify.me service can now login and add / create content. Simply go to:
http://wiki.notify.me
Click on Login in the upper right corner, use your notify.me user/pass to login and now you're all set to start adding content directly to the wiki.
