Improve Source Page Layout

Make actions more obvious on the source page. I think the table layout needs to be cleaned up to make it more obvious how to activate a destination. The highlighting works for me, but I think many users won't quickly pick up on it. A table heading and some tooltips might help. I would also suggest making this feel more like a table and using icons for delete actions instead of the word "delete". A common table design has:
[object select (checkbox usually)] [actionable status icon (like an alert)] [object name] [object actions (delete, details, edit,etc] [object data (spanning many columns)]
