Is there a way to only get a notice when there's new content? I keep getting alerts saying nothing was detected.

I have several Government of Ontario feeds and they all seem to do the same (send me emails to tell me no changes detected). Here's a sample:
Page2RSS Monitored Page: Government of Ontario, Canada - Newsroom
The page http://ogov.newswire.ca/getorg_e.html... is monitored for updates. There are no changes detected since 10/07/09 06:58:34.

I would recommend that you add a filter to the source and exclude the phrase 'there are no changes detected' this should address your problem.
