Why are you restricting password length?
any reason for 15 character password limit? my standard password, nice and secure, is too long so now I have to come up with something different just for this service. my approach to passwords may or may not be the best but it works for almost every other service I've signed up for, and that's a lot. thanks.

Inappropriate?wow, you have long passwords! (perhaps you're using a password solution like onepassword) i have to say, this is the first complain we've received about this issue. we've made a quick change to address your limitation .. your password can now be 50 characters long .. give it as shot. (it still says 15 on the site, we'll get the copy changed shortly)

Inappropriate?I'm seriously impressed that you addressed this and so quickly. Much appreciated. And yeah, I use onepassword but the password length and content I've chosen had to do with strength and ease of remembering it.

Doh, if you request a password remember, you will notice that password is stored cleartext, so it is a good idea to use some useless password here...
