Inappropriate?Dear customer:
Thanks for choosing Nulaz. About your problem, two ideas could be tried:
1 - Ensure the application is properly closed before deleting. If you exit the application pressing the red button, the application is not closed, just minimized, but still running. Close it using the commands (EXIT when you're on the desktop), and try again.
2 - If you have already tried (as expected) the first option and it didn't work, try using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager. You should have got it with your phone when you bought it. If not, you can download here >>> http://download.cnet.com/BlackBerry-D...).
The Desktop manager is used to manage all the user data on the device, so it should be what you need.
If you can delete the application after all, I'm afraid the problem is not in Nulaz, but in the operating system running in your device (BlackBerry interface, I mean). So in that case, you need to contact BlackBerry support >>>> http://na.blackberry.com/eng/support/
I hope this information is useful for you. Good luck!
