Stopping trial impossible?
Hi: I installed numofinder on Aug 4 and - since the programme did not work for me - sent an SMS with 118 STOP to 88044 (which is the correct procedure for Germany) on Aug 17, thus within the 14 days trial period. Despite that I got a "welcome to numofinder" SMS today (Aug 19!) and an automatic reply to a 88044 STATUS questioning SMS said "Folgende Abos sind aktiv: kbo (118 Mobile) Subscription" - please, could you resolve the problem for me? My mobile number is +49-179-1130100. Thank you!
