I get a loading error when I try to view virtual tours.

The sw starts up with "Loading application" then "Loading data" and finally it stops w/ "loading error". I have searched the web for this problem but cannot find a solution. I am running Adobe Flash player 10 Active and Windows XP.

I’m frustrated.
