Inappropriate?I`m having some troubles with the backup script. It seems to put on a tar file everything that is on the Hard Drive of a Device that I`ve set on FCS. In other words, I have the proxies.bundle directory on a hard drive. Only things inside this bundle has the content of FCS, everything outside this bundle it`s not even configured in FCS. Why the mxs_fcs_backup_db.rb script are compressing directories and files outside this proxies.bundle? Its not supposed to only do a backup of the DB and the proxies?

The tar file should contain only Proxies + zipped content of FCS db
Any exception to that rule is unexpected and should not happan
It may be because of a specific Proxies location, aliases, links etc.
Could you please send us via e-mail following information:
- version of your FCS
- full path to your proxies.bundle
- output of the command:
sudo "/Library/Application Support/Final Cut Server/Final Cut Server.bundle/Contents/MacOS/fcsvr_client" search /dev
- log file from location:
/Library/Logs/MatrixStore/FCS\ Support/logs/
