Recently active topics in Octeth

When I preview my newsletter the links work fine in Hotmail, but the font size is wrong in a couple of areas (even though I just fixed it). My links work fine when previewing the newsletter in Outlook but the images move position.

I haven't tested any other email applicationsbecause the design test doesn't work.

I think we've sent our last sendloop campaign for now.

The updated(?) html editor is just insanely frustrating. I can't believe that's the state of the art. It makes terrible HTML and, to make it worse, clicking "html" to get into html mode to try to fix it just gives a javascript error (and all your work is lost).

Speaking of lost work: The system refuses to save the mail if the unsubscribe link is missing. Great! Way to make it easy to, again, lose your work! Why not check if it's there before scheduling the mail to be sent?

We sent a mail just now (7.31, Copenhagen time zone). The campaign overview says the mail is sent -- at 9:31 (Copenhagen time zone).

Huh?!

1. SenderID and DomainKeys still say unverified when everything has been setup properly in the DNSMadeEasy configurations
2. Most help files do not work (http://sendloop.com/help/campaign-man...) - Just shows the title and nothing else. How are you supposed to put in the Unsubscribe link when no help is available
3. Credit not updated after paying Paypal. We now have to wait to send a campaign till this is resolved

We bought 1500 credits yesterday and were told they could take upto 3 hours to be applied. It has now been 1 day and we have not had the credits applied. Can this be resolved ASAP so we can send a campaign out today. We are in the UK on GMT time zone.

I've tested the service sending emails to 4 email accounts I own, I opened the message in all the email accounts, but the reports says emails open=0, I refreshed and waited and It's the same. I tried unsuscribing one of the email addresses, and It was reflected immediately in the reports, but the "emails open" report is still showing "0"

ALL OF THE SUDDEN MY ENTIRE EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION LIST DISAPPEARED. I USED TO HAVE ALMOST 2,000 SUBSCRIBERS AND NOW THERE ARE ONLY FOUR. PLEASE HELP!!!!! I DON'T HAVE THESE CONTACTS ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!
