Looking for statistics
When do I get my statistics? I send the newsletter one week ago and just got information about unsubscription but nothing else. All the other statistics are still examples

Bjørn's suggestion will work. We also use this method time to time. Many people still hate emails that has colors, tables, images, etc. Sending a plain email in HTML format with no images, colors, etc. will keep your email traditional but let you track statistics such as opens, link clicks, etc.

Hello Sue,
Statistics are calculated and displayed in real-time. If you can not see any statistics (opens, link clicks, etc.), I guess you have sent out a plain (text) email.
Nature of plain emails do not allow you to track email opens. That's why you can not see open statistics in your Sendloop account.
Let us know if you have any questions.

Inappropriate? It'd be neat with an option to easily send a mail with no special formatting (so basically a "text email") but with both a text and html part -- and the stats tracking in the html part.
