Inappropriate?Could you add a feature that some people called "swap customers", it's a feature where a loyal subscriber become a customer, and "swap customer" features automatically swap the subscriber from campaign 1 to campaign 2. Obviously campaign has all the sale pitch and campaign 2 contain valuable informations. -

if they go on customer list, remove from prospect list. this was available with oempro. multiple actions would be good too. i.e. remove from list x, y and z if subscribed to list f

Inappropriate?How about, we place a simple code (java script or something) in our thank you page. So, as soon the subscriber buy stuff and hit the thank you page, sendloop automatically detect it and began the swap process.
Sendloop also must be able to differentiate between customer that are not previously a subscriber and a subscriber.

Inappropriate?In my experience, most marketer would put an opt-in in their thank you page before they're redirected to the downlaod/product page. This could be another way for Sendloop to "swap" the subscriber (campaign 1) to a customer (campaign 2).
Really hope your engineers can implant these feature.
Just another though that could give me a peace of mind :)

Welcome to Sendloop forums. There's never been auto-responder feature in Sendloop.com.
You can set one-time auto responders in your lists by enabling "welcome" email in your list.

hey cem. please explain this. this is a basic feature available by the worst email service providers in the world. why is this not included? using autoresponders is a requirement in email marketing for smart marketers

What's strange is the Oempro does have autoresponders so clearly Octeth has the code for autoresponders? Why aren't they allowing us to use it in SendLoop?

I'm wondering if there is any way to edit the stylesheets (css) for the subscribe/unsubscribe on the sendloop pages (we have integrated the sendloop sign up into our site but it isn't styled the same as everything else). -

You can re-style the subscription/unsubscription form in any way you want. Just be sure that input names are not changed. This will not affect your styling.

Inappropriate?I would like an area of the colour chooser to retain the most used colours. I seem to be switching between HTML and regular view a lot in order to find the colour code. No rush on this but it might be a handy upgrade for the future.
Also - forgot to say that it might be easier to add the link if it was possible to hit the 'Add' personalise info button when the hyperlink window is open. Or even for there to be a tab built into the hyperlink window which would allow users to choose that they want to add something personalised. Then they wouldn't have to know to choose <other>, and wouldn't have to add the personalisation link, copy and paste it etc. Would just speed things up and be better from a useability POV. First of all thanks for your constructive feedback.
Becks, we are planning to replace current rich text editor with a better one and once this is complete, you will have a better media library browser, link manager and personalization wizard. I also took a note of color choosing issue and will spend time on it as well.
Let us know if you have any more ideas.

Inappropriate?I would like to export (csv) the results of any specific campaign with the following options:
Export bounced Emails
Export Users who Opened the Email
Export Users who clicked on a link
Export a list of every email sent and show if it bounced, opened, clicked a link, unsubscribed, etc.

I wrote some comments to your feature requests below:
1. autoresponders
We are not planning to enable auto responders in Sendloop at the moment. We will be enabling auto responder functionality in following months, however release date is not decided yet.
2. ability to import existing subscribers from file and add to new list and import data
You can import subscribers from a file into the list. If this is not the feature you are looking for, please provide more details.
3. custom fields across all lists. i.e. first name, affiliate
We have this request in our to do lists for updates of following months.
4. split testing of subject lines
5. split testing of messages
A/B split testing will also be available in following months (both for subjects and messages).
6. dynamic segmentation i.e. people who clicked link x from message y
Segmentation based on subscriber activity is also in our to do list for following months.

re: #2 this is not available cem. if they exist on another list, sendloop refuses to add them to new list and import new data i..e username and password
