Reports not working
Hello:
I've tested the service sending emails to 4 email accounts I own, I opened the message in all the email accounts, but the reports says emails open=0, I refreshed and waited and It's the same. I tried unsuscribing one of the email addresses, and It was reflected immediately in the reports, but the "emails open" report is still showing "0"

Could you please be sure that you have sent HTML email and clicked "Display images inside the email" option in your email client?
In order to track open statistics, your email application must load images pointing to a remote URL. This is a standard procedure for all email services in order to track opens.
