Add a tag

The input box for adding tags to pledges doesn't clear upon submit.

When I add tags to a pledge, they get added when I click the add button; however, the comma–separated tags stay in the input box. That made me think they hadn't been submitted and that I needed to try again (and again). Heh. Not a huge problem, just a UI nitpick.
