When I add my created guide to cart, the page refreshes and says "your cart is empty" . I am using Firefox v3.0.10 on Mac OS X 10.5.6 . I have tried this multiple times but still nothing. Have advice on how I can this to work so I can purchase one of your guides?
I have tried to generate a guide for washington, DC using xp, Windows 7 and OSX. I have tried Safari, IE and FireFox and none of them are working. I get all the way through to the last page and instead of saving, it shows that my cart is empty. It seems to flip quickly past a page to enter a code, but always finishes on "Your cart is empty". I have tried it logged in and logged out.
I'm going to be backpacking around South America. Is it possible to build one guide which covers a number of cities, instead of making a separate guide for each?
A method to delete custom chapters? I know you can deselect the custom chapter and it will not be included in the guide, but is there a way to delete it from the list? While creating my first guide, I added a few custom chapters just to play with the feature. Now I have two "test" chapters that I cannot delete.
I'm having trouble formatting the content in the custom chapters; it's removing most of my line breaks. Can I use HTML formatting? Is there a way for me to see what it will look like printed? Or, alternatively, can I simply provide my own PDFs in a predefined size to be included in my guide?
Also, when I download the PDF version my custom chapters don't appear. Is that intentional?
I requested a guide a number of weeks back, and since the day I requested it, it seems to be stuck actually generating. For a number of weeks it's been stuck on 13%.
