Couple of questions on Olive and how it works/what's available
Hi,
I've just been trying out the Olive website and it looks to have real potential to help the business I am about to set up. However, I just have a few questions please:
If I would like to accept multiple currencies (EUR/USD/GBP), presumably this is only possible if I have three subscriptions to Olive? If so, any plans to change this?
I'd like to see the process of how clients add credits but for obvious reasons this has not been included in the demo. However, are screen shots of this process available at all?
I notice that the demo system allows the clients to go into negative credit amounts. In my case I would prefer that they buy credits before being able to add jobs - is this achievable?
One last question; I can't see a way to add a list of predefined jobs which are pre-populated with their credit rating. For example common job 1 - 10 credits. This would be very useful, I would only want to allocate credits to jobs which don't meet one of the pre-defined template jobs. I think this would be a real time saver. It would give the client more comfort too as they would know in advance how much their request is going to cost them.
Thanks in advance for any help/advice.
Best wishes,
Gareth.
