Two feature requests: un-completing, updating on the same screen as the job

A few items that would make this much more useful on a daily basis:

- reverting a job from "complete" to an incomplete state
- adding an update on the same page as the job & other updates - I frequently am responding to a particular request or phrase in the task description, so it's a big cognitive deal to not have that on screen when composing a reply.

Admittedly, my use of Olive so far just involves a single client with unlimited credits, but these two hangups are near-daily annoyances.
