Why can't I play any games?
I can't play games for some reason it says connecting to game network (2)...(3)..(4) and then at six it stops and says failed to connect. i cleared cache and cookies, tried using chrome and opera, turned off firewall but nothing works. It doesn't work on my desktop or laptop. It worked once but then never again. Help!

Ok , I used to have those problems when my internet wasn't 100% working.
It can't be your computer or your laptop because they are working completly fine.

If you have an router then please reset it.
Also reset your moderm .
If that don't work then reply back with answers of the following Questions:
What is your ISP?
How far is the access point from the laptop?
Has your internet been working for the past days?

These are the outbound ports that need to be opened 5222 5229 843 80 for you to be able to connect and play games on the site. If you are getting this error, you most likely have a firewall blocking those ports.
If you try on another computer and its the same thing, it could be your routers firewall.
Posting this for reference, we have not solved Caitlins problem just yet =D -

I'm having this problem as well and have also completed the general laundry list... to answer your question, yes I was able to login as a lameguest.

Try and change your name or your cath phrase when you done that try an game then reply back and telll me if it worked or didn't work. Then change your name back to normal.

Now after doing that I can now play under my username!

That's interesting, so you couldn't play while logged in. You then went and played as guest, then logged back in later, and you could play? Interesting!

From what I have experienced you have the same experience I do with the site. Maybe the better question to ask is for a link to a site that actually works to play games.

i went on my friends computer and tried logging in as mine and tried playng games and it works. is it cause of my computer? -
