Is there any benefit to using packages over flat files when saving an OmniGraffle document?
I do know that the flat file will make it more source management safe, but beyond that, I don't know if there are any performance or file size advantages to one versus the other.
Are you planning on changing the way OmniFocus archives its data? Now I have to manually backup the database and revert to the backup every day just so OF will consolidate the dozens of ZIP files and the iPhone won't need to download a several-MB package that contains them.
