Custom Borders for Tables
Ideally, I'd like the same sort of control over table borders that I have for Excel and HTML/CSS. Namely:
- Add a different (ie: thicker) border to the outer edge of the table, rather than every cell in the table.
- Add a different border to the bottom of the first row of the table (so that it looks like a header row)
- Add different borders to the left/right edges of columns
