Inappropriate?Here are our standard uninstall procedures from IE. If you are still having troubles, please send me a screen shot so I can diagnose the issue. As of now, I don't have many details on your problem, which makes it a little harder to tell what's going on right away. I appreciate your patience.
FROM XP:
Process: Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs -> Find “Add-on Name” in list -> Remove
FROM VISTA:
Process: Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Programs and Features - > Find “Add-on Name” in list -> Uninstall
(Here are some of the names of all the add-ons we have---Some people have problems uninstalling because they don't know the exact name of the addon.)
Add-on Name: Ultimate MySpace Toolbar, OneRiot Pulse Checker, OneRiot Facebook Toolbar, Me.dium IE Add-on, OneRiot CU Boulder Toolbar, OneRiot UVM Toolbar, OneRiot CSU Toolbar, OneRiot UNH Toolbar, etc
