Why can't I get my remote control back from your service area? Albright Electronics currently has my remote for my Onkyo product and has had it for about 3 mths now. I want a working product and want it like yesterday.
Literally feels like a ghost in the machine. After using the receiver -- on any setting, whether for TV, DVD, music -- and turning it off, it turns itself back on a minute or less later AND if not already on the TV setting, switches itself back to TV so the audio starts playing from whatever television station would be on if the TV were actually on. We've taken to just turning the volume all the way down on the receiver when we're done with it as a temporary solution. But I'd really like to fix this as it kind of freaks me out. Especially when you're in another room, home alone and suddenly start hearing voices.
And yes, I'm sure the voices are not in my head.
There's this option on my A/V receiver called 3-D Bass and it seems to pump up the bass frequency in some particular way to warrant the descriptor "3-D." I'm curious what exactly is going on here, and if it has any deleterious effects when listening to music.
