Deleting out-of-date bulletins from search list oops message.
The auto bulletin delete is still not working so I am deleting the out of date bulletins from evince manually, however I have been getting "oops messages" when I try to delete a bulletin and it seems to happen if I have entered a day from the list in the “General” area on the bulletin board tab. So I currently have to open up the bulletin, remove the day, save it and then delete it. Any ideas on why its causing a problem?

Inappropriate?We've also notice that in Children's Centre Organisations, the link between Children Centre Activities and Bulletin boards is not longer working as it was. It used to be that if you amended a children's centre activity, it would update the associated bulletin board, but this no longer seems to be the case.
Does anyone know why there were two types in the first place? Would everyone be happy with just children's centre activities or bulletins?1 Comment

The way I understand it the Children's Centre Activity is an inhouse activity provided by their staff and the bulletin board entry is if it is an external provider using the Centre as a venue. I am not sure if this affects anything and to be honest if I am creating a new bulletin I use the side menu and it creates it as a bulletin anyway rather than a Children's Centre Activity. -
Inappropriate?I have this problem also, sometimes it happens, sometimes it does and there's no way of getting rid of the bulletin board either from within the organisation it belongs to, or from bulletin board search. I've tried suspending the bulletin so at least its not published anywhere, then attempting to delete, sometimes this has worked - and then sometimes it hasn't. (I've not tried deleting the day(s) though!) One way around the really stubborn ones is rmaybe reusing it to publish another bulletin?
Also with regards to activities and bulletins - I think there should be one, it would be make things simpler. Maybe there could be a tick box or something to say that the entry is an activity - something for kids to do - for the purpose of searching for activities. -
Inappropriate?Yes the problem relates to the bulletin board having a day entered so if you remove this and save it you can then search and right click to delete bulletin board entry. This has been logged as a bug and will be fixed
