Oracle has a lot of products and a lot of customer types! Any particular product line or customer type you're thinking of?

As a Web startup guy, for instance, the biggest competitive comparison has recently been between open source (low cost/strong community) vs enterprise (scaling/security/premium support). The equation probably looks a lot different for a bank or military customer.
