better placement and style of "upload button"
the upload button is very hard to notice. last time I visited ScrnShots I spent 15 minutes searching for "Uploader" button.
the button should be placed below the header and should be really big (compared to current)

Inappropriate?I never had a problem seeing the upload button... It's only bright orange, I don't know how anyone can ever find it =)
You could certainly add it to the myScrnShots menu if people miss it... I would wager a guess everyone would look there if they missed the button.

Eric, this button is very small and is placed far away from menus. It's placed in the edge. That's wrong. -

yep, that's great example, where upload is IN menu. vimeo has great interface. beautiful, usable and yet simple.

And I agree, I like the way Vimeo does most things, and we've actually gleaned a lot ideas from their site.
The reason that we originally separated out "upload" from the main navigation, is because we wanted it to be MORE obvious. I think, where we ran into problems is placement. Somehow people seem to just browse right over the blue section of the header, it's almost as if it becomes part of your browser toolbar.
Either way, we will be changing it, because i do agree that it's a problem
