Am I allowed to upload screenshots from a game? I know screenshots is mainly for sharing design and so on, but are screenshots from popular games allowed to be uploaded too?
Of course, these screenshots aren't to be used as a method of hosting them on the internet and to be placed on websites...

As you pointed out, ScrnShots is for sharing inspirational design. However, there is a lot of inspiration that can be gathered from the gaming industry as well.
Basically, use your best judgement when uploading gaming screenshots. if you're uploading screenshots of frame-by-frame action then it's no longer design based, but if it's within reason, by all means, show us some inspiring gaming designs!
