I crashed it...
So I just downloaded and installed ScrnShots Desktop for my Mac, and playing around with it, and I went to check for updates, and now all the options are grayed out, and I can't even quit it. Also when I was setting it up, there was no feedback when my user name was incorrect

Inappropriate?Alright, now when I went to re-open, refresh, try something to fix it, I double clicked the app in my applications folder, and it pooped up with a message 'No updates' and the app returned back to normal, so I guess it's fixed for now
I’m confuzzled

Inappropriate?Hey Spatterson!
We're aware of both of those problems, and that's why it's still in beta.
In regards to the auto update, what is actually happening, is that it is open a window that checks for updates, but that window is probably just hiding behind one of your other windows (it's got something to do with the importance of windows). If you press Function F8 you should see the window
In regards to the feedback on your incorrect username, we are working on that for version 1.0.
Let me know if you break anything else :P
I’m just sticking my tongue out because I can

Inappropriate?Hey Sean,
It sounds like the app didn't crash, rather the updates window is hidden behind all other windows. When you click "Check for updates" it opens a new window, but because the app isn't always the current application, it sometimes get hidden. We've run into this problem in a few places and I should have a new version out tomorrow that addresses this issue.
Let me know if you were able to find the "updates" window. Thanks for the post though. Hope this helps.
