Unable to perform Shut Down
I just wanted to highlight this problem:
When I wanted to shut down my laptop, it was unable to perform the task and I was wondering why such a problem occurred. Then I realised that I had just installed ScrnShots(SS) and maybe, just maybe, its program affected my laptop's shut down capability. Why do I pinpoint SS?
Firstly, it ONLY happened after I installed SS.
Secondly, when I used SS the second time, it 'freezed' and I couldn't even see anything on the two windows which pops up. So, this time round, before performing a shut down, I clicked 'Quit ScrnShots Desktop' and everything went smoothly.
I am using Windows XP.
So, is my deduction correct?

Inappropriate?It sounds as though you are correct, however, I haven't heard of this problem before.
Has anyone else experienced this in Windows XP? and if so, was there anything that helped?
