provide information about bugs

Is there a liste of "known problems" or a bug tracker about bubbletop ? would be great !

I've been struggling for several days trying to figure out if there was a bug in my component or in the bubbltop portal. I have finally reported it on this very site, but a bug tracking system would have saved my time.
