How do I get satisfaction from Orbitz? I booked a hotel in Pamplona, Spain for myself and two friends. We booked right in the city centre because we want to see the running of the bulls. One friend is flying in almost exclusively for that. The Orbitz site shows that the hotel is right in the city centre, but I found, after booking it, that it is 4 kilometers away. After I complained, Orbitz said they would get me another hotel, but it was more expensive and they would charge us $140 more. How can I get them to stand behind their website and not falsely advertise?
