How do I COPY the Adobe Photoshop CS3 One-on-one Color Settings in Vista?

On page xvii, (4.) "Copy the color settings to your hard drive", the PC location doesn't appear to be the pathway in Vista. I have read one reply to this issue from mr. olson,but it appears to go back to CS2 and XP instructions. Can you help with a set of Vista instructions?

I am reading a book online and the book refers to an instructional DVD. How can I access the DVD? I don't see any link to the DVD in the reading frame.

Regarding the Adobe Photoshop CS3 book, Photoshop CS3 would not accept a copy of the color settings in Best workflow.csf in the "Go-Home" place as instructed. I can download Adobe Color Mangagement Module, if that can be coordinated.
