I was really hoping the Missing Manual would have a chapter on how to design your own book templates. From a perusal of the Table of Contents, it appears the new edition does not have this - the previous edition of the book did describe how to do this, but iPhoto 08 defines book templates differently. Unless I'm wrong, I regret I won't be buying the book.
