I am unable to access the shopping cart. I can add items, but when I try to view the cart an error dialog is displayed: "Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site https://epoch.oreilly.com/shop/cart.orm. Operation aborted." On the "Orders" page under my account on O'Reilly.com, for a previous order and an order I just made the other day, the books with a status of "Shipped" do not have a "Ship Date" or "Tracking number".

Is it possible to buy print and PDF combos from the UK store? As I'm in the UK, I purchase from the UK store, but it seems that buying a print and PDF combo is only possible from the US store.

When you have the summup of your order, when you have the page where you enter your credit card information, with Internet Explorer, if you click on the "previous page" button and then on the "next page" button, the shipping value just dissappears.

I recently placed an order online and, while I remember updating my shipping address, it is showing as my old address under my orders. How can I get this updated? My Orders page indicates it hasn't shipped yet so if possible, I'd like to fix this before it does.
With the announcement of the new Kindle ereader from Amazon, I'm wondering about O'Reilly support for this? It looks like the ideal platform for me to read O'Reilly books. I have purchased many of your books over the years, but the sheer weight of them means that I don't carry any of them with me except when I'm actively reading one.
What is the planned support for this device? It looks like the best ereader so far and I would love to be able to purchase O'Reilly books for it.

RE: order #152765, whenever I try to download the book, I keep getting the error message "The file is damaged and could not be repaired". How can I correct this? Is anyone else upset that the "buy pdf by chapter" option continues to not work on the Oreilly website? It has not worked for quite some time, and is still advertised as a valid purchasing option.
I'm an avid reader, especially in pdf formats, and find myself limited in my selection of electronic material for purchase on the Oreilly website. I've been forced to continue subscribing to Safari Books Online if the "buy pdf book" option is not available, even if the "buy pdf by chapter" is available (because that option does not work). Please get the buy pdf by chapter option available again. Please!
