I cannot get the exercise materials on the web site for Learning Web Design to uncompress after I download them. When I try to extract the files I get a message saying "There is already a folder with the same name as the file name you specified..." How do I get the files to extract?
How can I find books by technical topic? I find the new layout of your web page confusing. I liked it when I could simply go and click on programming languages -> PHP and find PHP books, etc. How can I get back to that system? I can't find anything just by looking at the most popular keywords you have now.
who do i contact regarding a coding problem with the java book?

I have recently purchased "Start Your Engines - Developing Driving and Racing Games", published by Paraglyph Press, and cannot find the source code. It is my understanding that O'Reilly now handles the titles by this publisher. Is there a URL that you could point me to, which would have the source code for this book? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Is anyone else upset that the "buy pdf by chapter" option continues to not work on the Oreilly website? It has not worked for quite some time, and is still advertised as a valid purchasing option.
I'm an avid reader, especially in pdf formats, and find myself limited in my selection of electronic material for purchase on the Oreilly website. I've been forced to continue subscribing to Safari Books Online if the "buy pdf book" option is not available, even if the "buy pdf by chapter" is available (because that option does not work). Please get the buy pdf by chapter option available again. Please!
In my previous Missing Manual for Tiger, I had a handy keyboard short cut guide (cheat sheet?) on plastic. I used this attachment more than the book. I do not have one in my new Leopard manual.
Can I get one please?

Where can I get information for selling O'Reilly Books at my bookstore? I have tried contacting several retail representatives at the numbers listed online but have only been able to leave messages. I haven't received a call back. I was wondering if there were any online resources I could investigate. Thanks so much!
yikes here's a question simple to you but a mystery to me. My mom is 100 going on 101 and she wants to email again. The dial up modem is dead so I have a comcast wireless modem hooked up to here "little blue and white iMac destop with the screen and all in one piece" Its a PowerPc G3 speed 350 mhz. Right now 9.2.2 is the OS. I need 10 for a good browser and don't want to buy. I think its best to put linux on the machine. Where can I download linux that will function on this machine. Do you think its a good idea?
Can't wait to hear your answer. By the way I upgraded the firmware during one of the many attempts to get this working well.
I am very interested in this book and the upcoming Maven book. How to order now? Is it possible ? Could I order the PDF and the printed version now somehow, receive the PDFs drafts, and after, receive the final printed version (here I will receive the book only few weeks after the purchase)? It will be on Rough Cuts? Thanks in advance.
