Won't accept my order Last reply on January 24, 2008 19:49.
I chose not to register as I expect that I will only be a one-time customer. When I attempted to finish my order (iPod-the Missing Manual) and clicked on the button that would charge my credit card I got a warning page that you were unable to update my personal information. So I don't know if my order went through or not and I do not wish to receive TWO copies of the book nor to be charged twice. -

All I have to say is O'Reilly Media rocks. My order went in late Saturday night and I received it Wed morning. Last reply on December 15, 2007 13:00.
Not only did I receive it in remarkable time for media shipment but packaged well and arrived in excellent condition. Kudos to your company and UPS! -
