I have a copy of _Understanding the Linux Kernel_ by Bovet and Cesati (2nd ed.).A large chunk of chapter 8, all of chapter 9, and most of chapter 10 (pp289-336) are missing and replaced by the same-numbered pages of some unrelated book. Are the missing pages available anywhere online so I can download them?
I recently purchased Javascript: The Definitive Guide 5th Edition printed 9/07 and it is missing pages 63 through 86. I would like a complete copy of this book as it is a reference essential to my occupation. Any assistance is much appreciated.
