you just released the D80 manual,
are similar books available for other high tech cameras (notably Nikon D cameras, but also the Canon G9) ?

Is there a discount if I buy the print and pdf version of the same book?

Other publishers like Manning and your partner Pragmatic Programmer offer the pdf for a print book for just additional US$10, while if I buy both print and pdf for o-reilly I pay US$30 or more for the pdf version.

i guess this makes sense but i was wondering: is there any guideline as to WHEN you typically make the PDF version available for purchase? i.e. usually, how long does one have to wait before this becomes an option with new titles? months? years? case-by-case basis (i.e. depends on print sales)?

Is there a link to the location of books that you can buy in .pdf format only? I would like to purchase several books for my e-ink reader, but find it difficult on your website to find this option. I seem to find the capability to purchase chapters in .pdf but not whole books.

I am very interested in this book and the upcoming Maven book. How to order now? Is it possible ? Could I order the PDF and the printed version now somehow, receive the PDFs drafts, and after, receive the final printed version (here I will receive the book only few weeks after the purchase)? I just bought this book online, but I wasn't able to download the file in pdf. There was an error message displayed. I thought it was because I haven't create an account at that time. Now I have created a valid account (dwsy381@yahoo.com) But still I am not able to download the file.

Unable to download 'Big Book of Windows Hacks, 1Ed' . Getting a partial download only (~4k). The other books download with out any problems. The order # is 121175.

I enjoy reading the title in PDF format, it's quick if I want to search for anything, and it's cheaper than printed copy. But lately, I noticed the pricing has been increased, to a point that it is indeed costing more than buying the paper version from the book store elsewhere.

For instance, the Java Power Tools is selling at $47.99 but I could get a paper version for $37.79 from book store (not directly from Oreilly).

I know it might not be a fair comparison as the physical book selling directly from Oreilly can indeed show the different but then it is difficult to justify in buying the PDF version when I could get a cheaper alternative.

1. Shortcut bestselling sort is broken.
2. I have the AutoIt Short cut book in my media tab (from a previous order), and I've just ordered it again. I'd like to replace the 2nd 'copy' with this:

3. There should an _obvious_ 'order support' link somewhere.
4. This support form is seriously broken...
a) It couldn't find the product I ordered.
