international version of books in PDF?

I am seeking spanish versions of your books. Here in Spain they are published under ANAYA/O'REILLY trdemark, but i am unable to purchase an electronic version of the books (i.e. actionscripr 3).

I'm trying to but the PDF version of SQL Cookbook. But when I click the button for adding the PDF to my cart, the paper version is added. Very annoying. :-(

I just bought this book online, but I wasn't able to download the file in pdf. There was an error message displayed. I thought it was because I haven't create an account at that time. Now I have created a valid account (dwsy381@yahoo.com) But still I am not able to download the file.

I am very interested in this book and the upcoming Maven book. How to order now? Is it possible ? Could I order the PDF and the printed version now somehow, receive the PDFs drafts, and after, receive the final printed version (here I will receive the book only few weeks after the purchase)? Is there a discount if I buy the print and pdf version of the same book?

Other publishers like Manning and your partner Pragmatic Programmer offer the pdf for a print book for just additional US$10, while if I buy both print and pdf for o-reilly I pay US$30 or more for the pdf version.

you just released the D80 manual,
are similar books available for other high tech cameras (notably Nikon D cameras, but also the Canon G9) ?

I came across the podcast interview with Adobe CEO Bruce Chizen at the Web 2.0 Summit 2006, and was wondering if O'Reillynet.com had any other similar, more in- depth, resources on the topic?

Or if anyone had any input and/or thoughts on the subject?

Is there a link to the location of books that you can buy in .pdf format only? I would like to purchase several books for my e-ink reader, but find it difficult on your website to find this option. I seem to find the capability to purchase chapters in .pdf but not whole books.

i guess this makes sense but i was wondering: is there any guideline as to WHEN you typically make the PDF version available for purchase? i.e. usually, how long does one have to wait before this becomes an option with new titles? months? years? case-by-case basis (i.e. depends on print sales)?
