Angry college students and professor Bindings falling apart!
I am a student at Amarillo College. The required text Learning Web Design by Jennifer Niederst Robbins
ISBN-10: 0-596-52752-7. Within the Semester almost every book binding in the class is falling apart. It is a class joke to offer somebody a chapter and just hand them that chapter, because the bindings are totally gone. This is quite frustrating especially for graphic design students.

Inappropriate?Hello Jared,
Wow, that's really alarming. We sometimes have problems with bindings due to production issues, (something that is outside our control because the books go directly from our printers to our distributors), but it's usually just one or two. Can you please send me an email (allen at oreilly dot com) so we can get you and your classmates replacement books?
Sorry for the frustration! --Allen

Inappropriate?I am having the same problem. Before I finished one complete reading of the book, the backing split at page 204. Every time I open the book now more pages come off the backing and start to fall off in groups. It is very frustrating as the content of the book is great and none of my other O'Reilly books have followed this experience.
