i thought you sold a book (binder of information) about how to start a website development consulting company. it contained sample contracts. do you know what book I am talking about?

On the Oreilly website about 2 months ago, I thought I saw that there was going to be a binder of information released in May 2008 (?) that was written by a guy in the UK who ran a successful website development company. This binder was to contain sample contracts, along with a step-by-step how-to guide for setting up a website development company. The price for this binder was pretty high - about $279 USD as I recall. I don't believe it was published by O'reilly, but I am fairly certain I saw it on the O'reilly website.
