On your site you have a special price for books in print as well as pdf. Is it possible to get the printed book from a local store (Netherlands, www.comcol.nl) and the pdf from your site? That would save me a lot of shipping costs.

Do you mean that you'd like to buy the print book from the store in the Netherlands, and buy the electronic version from us at the discounted bundled price? If that's your question, then we're working on a solution for this now. We're calling it our ebook upgrade program, and it will allow customers to buy the print book anywhere and then purchase the electronic version from us at the discounted price of the print+electronic bundle. This should be ready shortly, and I'll respond to this thread when it is.
