The response from Customer Service is very poor regarding this problem. I followed the steps mentioned in the FAQ section. Attempted to chat online, couldn't get connected. Posted a "Submit a case" form on tuesday(10/27), only automated message came to my email. No status update on resolving the problem other than the generic message sent thru email. I am not able to access the page content for more than a week now and couldn't get any response from the customer service (customer-service@safaribooksonline.com). It is really frustrating!!! -
