Buying print and PDF combos from the UK store?

Is it possible to buy print and PDF combos from the UK store? As I'm in the UK, I purchase from the UK store, but it seems that buying a print and PDF combo is only possible from the US store.

Sorry, but this is currently only a US option at this time. Our print titles are sourced from a distributor in the UK, but they currently don't have the ability to connect w/ us for ebooks. The good news is that this is something we really want to fix and it's on my list of features to include in an upcoming ecommerce upgrade, hopefully sometime in Q1 of '09. So please hang w/ us a while longer, and thanks for your interest in our books.
