Can't access account and download my PDF purchase
I can't access my account and download the PDF that I bought yesterday March 8 2008. I have sent an email to customer-service@oreilly.com and they didn't get back to me. My credit card have been charged.

You've done exactly what I would have advised for you to do as the next step of troubleshooting this problem. However, there appears to be some other problem currently. I'll have to do some more research and figure out what is causing the problem.
I have gone ahead and sent a copy of the PDF to you via e-mail.
I recommend viewing the PDF with Adobe Reader on OS X or Evince on Ubuntu (Or adobe there as well if you happen to have configured your installation for that).
I’m sorry for your frustration.

Hello Emmanuel,
I have correctly linked your order and your account together. You should now be able to access your PDF without a problem. Please make sure when visiting our site to sign out and sign back in so these updates correctly take effect. You will then find your PDF located in your account under Electronic Media.
I am sorry that you did not receive a response from us. I show that your first e-mail was received on March 8th, which is a Saturday and our offices are closed for the weekend. However, I will pass your feedback on to the appropriate people to see about getting an automated response going out from orders@oreilly.com

Hello EmmanuelDecarie,
That is not a valid e-mail address for contacting customer service. For assistance with order related problems, please e-mail orders@oreilly.com with your order information. Customer Service can then get this taken care of for you.

Inappropriate?Hello Jason,
Thanks for replying. I have already sent an email to orders@oreilly.com. But to add to my frustration, I had to say that the address customer-service@oreilly.com is the one provided in the error message when I tried to access my account.
"We're sorry, an error has occurred in our application.
Our system administrators have been notified and are working to correct the problem. If the problem persists, please email Technical Support."

Also, I didn't receive, almost 48 hours after the fact, any acknowledgement from orders@oreilly.com. Usually, when I make an inquiry to a web company, I receive at least an automatic reply acknowledgement stating the fact that this company received my inquiry and will treat it promptly. Nothing likes that from Oreilly.
The whole thing sound so amateurish, and this is coming from a company which is a tech publisher. Go figure.
Cheers
-Emmanuel

Inappropriate?Hello Jason,
Thanks for your patience, but I still can't access my account. When I do sign in, I see the same error as the one mentioned earlier. I'm getting really fed up with all this process. Can the people at Oreilly just send me my PDF by email? I tried to log in, deleting my Oreilly cookies with Safari and Firefox on OS X, and with FireFox on Ubuntu and nothing works.
Cheers

Inappropriate? Thanks for sending the PDF by email. I have it now. Seems to works well with Skim (http://skim-app.sourceforge.net/).
Cheers
