Is this the line of code you're referring to?

I would guess that the issue here is the src of the image. If you're referencing an image that's online, like one of the images on this site, the source would need the full URL, or the relative URL for the site, like this:

src="http://0.static.getsatisfaction.com/uploaded_images/0036/8591/1425628333_d71bb883a9_o_medium.png"

If you're referencing a file that's on your local machine, you'll need the correct path for where the file lives on your machine. So, something on my local machine, on my desktop, would look like this:

src="file:///Users/rachelj/Desktop/leepark.jpg"

(This is what it looks like on a Mac)

Check out Figure 2-3 in section 2.1.2:

A browser's address bar identifies where the current Web page is really located. If you see http://, it comes from a Web server on the Internet (top). If you're looking at a Web page on your own computer, you'll just see an ordinary file path (middle, showing a Windows file location in Internet Explorer), or you'll see a URL that starts with the prefix "file:///" (bottom, showing a Mac file location in Safari). Local addresses depend on the browser and operating system you're using.

If you're not sure what the file location is for the image you're trying to reference, try opening it in your browser, then use the URL you see as the src of the file.
