Hey, is it possible to pay in a different country and receive the book in different country?
Hey, i am a international student studying in a university here in melbourne... is it possilbe that my friend in india can order the book online on the "o' reilly website" and it can be dilivered to me here in melbourne? i will be really glad if it is possible as i do not have any money here. :-( .... waiting for your reply desperately... Yes, your friend can order via credit card and have the book shipped to you in Australia, though shipping is a bit pricey. You do have some additional options. First, O'Reilly books are distributed through Woodslane in Australia and are available in Melbourne bookstores. The Woodslane website is http://www.woodslane.com.au/ . You can also purchase our books in electronic format off oreilly.com. The advantage is that electronic files are cheaper and are available immediately. Lastly, you can subscribe to our Safari Books Online service -- http://safari.oreilly.com/ -- and gain access to thousands of the best technical books and video training. A ten book subscription is $29.99 USD a month, and a full library account is $42.99 USD a month.
